Fountain deliveries may take up to 8 weeks.

Return Policy

Plants:

Full refunds are available for plant purchases until the end of the following day after the original sale.
After this period, all plant sales are considered final.

Hard Goods:

Hard goods (non-plant items) can be returned for a full refund until the end of the following day after the original sale.
After that period, hard goods are eligible for return in exchange for a TPG gift card for up to 3 days after the original sale.

Return Process:

To initiate a return, please return the items in their original condition and packaging within the specified timeframe.
Upon inspection and approval, refunds will be processed for eligible items.
For hard goods returned after 1 day, a TPG gift card will be issued.

Final Sale Items:

Please note that discounted items or items marked as final sale are always considered immediately final sale and are not eligible for return.
